Mountains and Seas with Feeling, Arts Move Liaoning theme; described as the longest edition. From 34 productions and 47 programmes, 20+ major works and 30+ programmes are selected for September, including dance drama, symphony, acrobatics, musicals, Peking opera, Pingju and Fuxin Mongolian opera. Includes seventh Liaoning Wenhua Awards, art/photography/calligraphy/seal-carving exhibitions, heritage and digital art, grassroots, campus and worker performances, and North–South Harmony cooperation with Jiangsu.
